General information
We process users' personal data only in compliance with the relevant data protection regulations. This means that users' data is only processed if we have legal permission to do so, i.e., if data processing is required by law, if users have given their consent, or on the basis of our legitimate interests as defined in Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Personal data, such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address are not collected unless you provide this information voluntarily, e.g. in the context of a newsletter, an application or an inquiry.
We will only use this data for marketing purposes if you have given us your prior consent or if you have not objected - insofar as this is required by law.
Jungheinrich products can be ordered via the Jungheinrich Profishop. The data processing that takes place in this context is explained to you in the data protection declaration of the Profishop.
Calling up our website
When you call up our website, the browser used on your end device automatically sends information to the server of our website/application and stores it temporarily in so-called log files.
The following information is also collected without your intervention and stored until automated deletion:
- the IP address of the requesting end device,
- the data and time of access,
- the name and URL of the file accessed,
- the website/application from which the access was made (referrer URL),
- the browser you use and, if applicable, the operating system of your Internet-enabled computer as well as the name of you access provider.
The legal basis for the processing of the IP address is Art. 6 para. 1 letter f DS-GVO. Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes of data collection listed below. At this point, we would like to point out that we are not able to draw any direct conclusions about your identity from the collected data, nor will we do so.
The IP address of your terminal device and the other data listed above are used by us for the following purposes:
- Ensuring a smooth connection setup,
- Ensuring a comfortable use of our website
- Evalutation of system security and stability,
- traching in the event of a cyber attack
In addistion, the following data is collected
- your last user name,
- the language you used,
- full name,
- email address, company address and position.

Contact
When contacting us (via contact form or email), the user's details are processed for the purpose of handling the contact request and its processing pursuant to Art. 6 (1) letter b DS-GVO (for the performance of a pre-contractual measure).
The user's details may be stored in our customer relationship management system ("CRM system") or comparable inquiry organization.
In Germany, we use the CRM system "SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer" and "SAP CRM", of the provider SAP on the basis of our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (efficient and fast processing of user requests). For this purpose, we have concluded a contract with the provider pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, in which the provider undertakes to process user data only in accordance with our instructions and to comply with the EU data protection level.
